Youth Minister ...
Exciting things are happening with our youth
program at the Versailles Church of Christ. There
are Sunday School classes for all ages on Sunday
mornings starting at 9:00 and during Worship
Service at 10:00, we provide Wee Worship ( ages
3-K) and Junior Church ( 1st - 5th grade). On
Sunday evenings, we meet back at 5:30 for Youth
Group. There are also Bible Study classes at 7:00
on Wednesday evenings with a growing number of
kids each week. We still have 2 weeks of VBS
every year which takes place the first 2 weeks of
June. This year we had about 170 different young
people to attend. We encourage all of our youth to
attend Whitewater Christian Service Camp
for one of the most awesome weeks of their lives.
We have activities going on each month which
draws them closer to God and to each other. Even
though we have lots of fun, our main purpose is to
teach them the truth found in the Scriptures and
to help them grow up to be dedicated servants for
the Lord. J.R. and Debra Stephen, along with
many Youth Sponsors who love the youth as they
do, work hard to meet the needs of the future
church.
